About the Role
Bluestar Enterprises is hiring an Operations Manager to lead and oversee manpower supply, project execution, and client coordination for mechanical and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, handling client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of manpower deployment across multiple project sites.
- Plan, organize, and monitor manpower requirements (fitters, welders, supervisors, helpers, etc.).
- Act as a bridge between clients, site supervisors, and internal management.
- Ensure projects are executed within timelines and client expectations.
- Monitor site safety, compliance, and worker productivity.
- Prepare reports, MIS, and performance updates for management.
- Handle client meetings, resolve issues, and maintain long-term business relations.
- Lead, train, and motivate supervisors and site teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 7–10 years of experience in manpower/project/operations management in the mechanical or industrial sector.
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and safety regulations is a plus.
